Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled landscaper to join our team for the Pot Nets communities. This role involves the care and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring that the communities remain beautiful and welcoming for all residents. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
  • Maintain the health and appearance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Perform routine hardscaping tasks such as pavers, pathways, and fire pits.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
  • Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and storm cleanup.
  • Ensure all landscaping work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service to residents regarding their services and other related questions.
  • Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred.
  • Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
