Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage equipment and materials purchasing to ensure prompt availability of resources for our dynamic service and install teams.
- Perform invoice verification and bill matching to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and manage supplier invoicing and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate and place purchase orders within our internal materials management system.
- Track and maintain inventory for trucks and warehouse stock across 4 locations.
- Communicate with vendors, technicians, and office staff to support daily operations.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support (filing, data entry, document management).
- Assist with organizing and maintaining job records and service documentation.
- Support operational needs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting procurement, purchase orders, invoicing, and administrative roles.
- Experience using Service Titan or similar technology platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience in construction trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Qualifications:
