Join the Crew at Pirates Voyage!
Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service? Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. As part of our dinner show, you will help create an unforgettable experience by providing exceptional beverage service before and during each performance. This position typically works early afternoon and evening shifts, with schedules varying based on the show's performance schedule.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Verify guests' ages and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages using established recipes and quality standards.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including washing glassware and bar utensils.
  • Recommend beverages based on guests' tastes and preferences while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and uphold responsible service practices.
  • Assist with inventory control and maintain accountability for cash handling and beverage stock.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment while creating an outstanding experience for every guest.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid South Carolina Alcohol Server Certification from a state-approved training program.
  • Understanding of beverage preparation and complementary flavor pairings.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to professionally enforce company policies regarding alcohol service.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling cash and maintaining inventory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred.
