Job description

At Client, we're focused on helping patients do more than simply treat symptoms we help them feel better, perform better, and thrive.
Our family-owned practice opened in 2020 and has grown into a thriving wellness-focused clinic specializing in hormone balance, peptide therapies, weight management, and medical aesthetics.
Our philosophy is simple: put patients first, build a supportive team, and create an environment where both patients and providers can thrive.
We're looking for an experienced Medical Provider to join our growing team in Goodyear, Arizona. This is an opportunity to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing in a collaborative and progressive wellness environment.
The Medical Provider will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing care focused on wellness, prevention, and achieving meaningful health outcomes.
This position is well suited for a provider with a strong background in primary care, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness or functional medicine who enjoys working closely with patients over the long term.
You will have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships rather than simply treating isolated, short-term concerns.
