Location: Clarksville, MI 
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM 
Pay: $18.00 per hour
 
Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for a handson opportunity? We’re seeking a Pallet Builder to join our team in Clarksville, MI. In this role, you’ll support daily production by assembling, repairing, and inspecting wooden pallets used for shipping and material handling. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, using hand tools, and contributing to a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pallet Builder, your core responsibilities will include: 
 Building and repairing pallets: Assemble and repair wooden pallets according to company specifications and quality standards. 
 Using hand and power tools: Safely operate nail guns, hammers, saws, and other tools required for pallet construction.
  Measuring and cutting materials: Read tape measures accurately and cut lumber to appropriate lengths. 
 Material handling: Stack, sort, and move pallets and lumber throughout the facility.
In addition, you will assist with general labor tasks, maintain a clean work area, follow all safety procedures, and support production goals.

Qualifications: 
Previous experience in pallet building, construction, or manufacturing preferred but not required 
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks 
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure 
Comfortable working in a loud, fastpaced, and physically demanding environment 
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
 
Skills: 
 Hand Tool Proficiency: Ability to safely and efficiently use nail guns, hammers, and saws 
 Attention to Detail: Ensures pallets meet quality and structural standards 
 Teamwork & Communication: Works well with others to maintain workflow and meet production targets 
 Mechanical Aptitude: Helpful for tool operation and basic troubleshooting
