Description

This position installs paint protection film (PPF) on vehicles in accordance with shop quality specifications and time standards. Qualified candidates must possess high attention to detail, high quality workmanship, effective communication, and the ability to remain productive while working independently. Prior experience with PPF installation is highly valued, though it is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow. Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and prep vehicle surfaces for quality paint protectant film (PPF) adhesion.
  • Accurately measuring, cutting, and applying PPF to vehicles, paying close attention to contours and curves.
  • Use specialized tools to cut and trim PPF around obstacles like door handles, mirrors, and other features.
  • Ensure installed PPF is free of dust, bubbles, wrinkles, or other defects.
  • Work meticulously and precisely to achieve a quality product.
  • Effectively communicate with Guests to explain the PPF process when required.
  • Ensure the installation area is clean and organized.
  • Standing and actively moving around for extended periods of time when installing is required, as installation can be physically demanding.

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
