Additional duties include manage simple records and enter information accurately, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, as well as learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed.
