Location: Paris, KY
 Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
 Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
 Mandatory Overtime: Until 5:50 PM and some Saturdays as needed
Position Overview
We are seeking a strong, dependable Production Mixer/Material Handler to join our manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This position involves manually loading a production mixer with fertilizer materials and supporting the production process. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and repeatedly lifting 50-pound bags throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manually load and feed fertilizer mix/materials into a production mixer
  • Repeatedly lift and handle bags or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Measure, stage, and prepare materials for production
  • Monitor the mixing process and communicate any issues to the supervisor
  • Assist with packaging, sorting, and other production duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
