Assistant Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurses (RNs) are licensed nurses who provide patient care in outpatient clinic settings under the supervision of physicians and senior nursing staff. Their responsibilities often include administering medications, assisting with minor procedures, conducting patient assessments, and providing education and support to patients and their families. These RNs play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by coordinating patient flow, maintaining records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. They help manage chronic conditions, perform routine health screenings, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
