Job description

We are a Comfort Dental Office Located in Pueblo Colorado seeking after a Full time Dental Assistant. We are a well established dental office looking for highly motivated, self-starter and caring employee to join our team. We are currently looking for both chairside assistants and EDDA. (Extended Duty Dental Assistant.)

Position Responsibilities: Assist the dentist at the chair while they are engaged in any treatment with patients. Ensure all OSHA, Dental Board, and all company policies and procedures are properly followed. Maintains an inventory of dental instruments, equipment and supplies in the dental operatory. Performs all duties of sterilization. Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be efficient in multi-tasking. Must have good communication skills & maintain a professional demeanor. Must be efficient & dependable with a strong work ethic. Computer literate with a strong attention to detail. Must be able to take digital x rays. Knowledge of Dentrix software and previous experience necessary.
