Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Oiler
Job Location: MNP, Utica, Michigan
Job Schedule: Monday - Thursday & Fridays plus Saturdays as needed; 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM

About the role of a Preventative Maintenance Oiler: The PM Oiler supports MNP's manufacturing divisions on the shop floor in all stages of material delivery including shipment activities, material handling, and receiving.
Responsibilities of a Preventative Maintenance Oiler:
Support material handling throughout all production stages, including receiving,
staging, and shipping
Operate forklifts (hi-lo) to move steel coils and manufactured parts between
workstations
Stage and manage, tubs for manufacturing, ensuring continuous production flow
Assist with expedited or high-priority orders as needed
Scan inventory tags and accurately enter data into computer systems
Maintain clean and organized workspaces; handle any material spills
appropriately
Identify and report missing documentation or incomplete paperwork
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Perform additional duties and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
Additional skills and/or experience required for success as a Preventative Maintenance Oiler:
1+ year of experience operating a hi-lo (forklift) - certification required
Preferred: Experience in a fastener or metal manufacturing environment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Basic proficiency with computers and inventory tracking systems
Solid math and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and proactively plan material movement
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, push/pull, and be active throughout the
workday
