LINE SUPERVISOR
Daytime, Afternoon, and Evening Shifts Available
Weโ€™re looking for a Line Supervisor whoโ€™s ready to be challenged in a high-energy, fast-paced, and fun environment. If you thrive under pressure, love good food, and know how to lead a team, this is the spot for you.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Supervise daily kitchen line operations and ensure all food meets Cubbyโ€™s standards.
  • Monitor product quality, portion control, and presentation on every plate.
  • Check prep levels, labeling, rotation (FIFO), and log any waste.
  • Maintain proper cooking and holding temperatures for all items.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set up, maintained, and cleaned throughout the day.
  • Train and coach line staff on techniques, food safety, and procedures.
  • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Line Manager, and service team to keep meal periods running smoothly.
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
  • Assist with deep cleaning, inventory, and prep organization.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
What You Should Bring to the Table
