Pay Range:

$35.92 - $53.88

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Occupational Therapist to join their inpatient/acute care team in a PRN capacity. Occupational Therapists live the mission of HSHS every day by helping patients develop recover and improve their personal skills and abilities. By providing therapy services as ordered, Occupational Therapists treat patients and assist them with performing activities necessary for daily living and working.
Position Specifics:
o Department: Speech
o Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
o Schedule: PRN, Day shift, 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm
o Facility: St. John’s Hospital
o Location: Springfield, IL

Education Qualifications
  • Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
Experience Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice is required.
  • Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
  • Board Certification which meets rigorous standards of maintenance or certification is preferred.
