Assistant NICET Sprinklers often encounter challenges such as interpreting complex sprinkler system blueprints, ensuring compliance with local fire codes, and coordinating efficiently with both installation teams and inspectors. New assistants may find it helpful to seek mentorship from experienced technicians and participate in ongoing training sessions to build technical competence.
