Job description

Job Summary:

As a National Leaves Clinical Specialist, you will work directly with the Sales and Clinical team to support robotic and manual joint replacement procedures. You will be required to work within RepSuite for scan and schedule management in multiple territories across the country for employee leave of absence and when otherwise needed by the business. The NLCS will directly report to the Senior Manager, LEAP but indirectly work alongside local Mako Manager, JR Sales Manager, and GM. When not deployed the NLCS will assist and train with local JR team and execute all necessary clinical functions with that team. Field assignments are typically 4 - 12 weeks in duration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Expertise in robotic applications

  • Develop andmaintainexpert-level knowledge of Mako robotic systems, their functionalities, and clinicalapplications.??

  • Develop andmaintainexpert-level knowledge of manual joint replacement instrumentation and implants.

  • Serve as a clinical resource to healthcare professionals, offering insights, training, and support.??

  • Deliver comprehensive customer experience tailored to surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff during the deployment.

  • Ensure that healthcare teams are proficient in MAKO technology, understand clinicalbenefitsand have access to program resources.?

  • Be a point of contact for clinical inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to Mako and manual instrumentation and implants.?

Education and Special Training Required: ?

  • 4-year degree or equivalent required.?

  • MAKO certificationrequired.?

Qualifications:

  • Minimum3 years of relevant work experiencerequired. 4+ years' work experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 2yearof experience with MAKO robotic applications and joint replacement manual instruments and implants.

  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery and robotic- assistedsurgical technology and applications isrequired.?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.?

  • Ability to train and empower others with responsibilities during deployment.

  • Ability to handle routine travel, often on short notice, for months attime.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure

  • $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
