Job description

Summary
As a Millwright at International Cooling Tower, you will be integral to the maintenance and field erection of cooling towers and cooling tower repairs, ensuring that each job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. Specifically, the Millwright is responsible to lead groups of Technicians to make sure tasks assigned by Superintendent are executed properly. This position may require extensive travel depending on project location.
Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial cooling towers and associated equipment.
  • Conduct field service operations to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
  • Utilize welding techniques for repairs and fabrication of components as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed using CMMS software.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist in the training of junior staff on best practices in maintenance and repair.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven experience in industrial maintenance or field service roles.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is beneficial.
  • Strong electrical skills related to industrial equipment are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years' experience in high-volume craft construction environment
• Millwright through NCCER training required
• TWIC card required
