Position Summary
We're looking for customer-oriented, passionate, and engaging Gameday Service Representatives to join our teams!
What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to season ticket holders and fans requesting ADA/accessible seating within the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center
  • Assist with execution and distribution of Pelicans and Saints promotional giveaways at main stadium entrances on gamedays
  • Assist group sales department with execution of Pelicans and Saints group giveaways on gamedays
  • Engage with season ticket holders and fans to provide an elevated customer experience
  • Provide customer service to fans at our ticket box offices at both stadiums
  • Assist with set-up and take down of sales and service ticket areas
  • Assist with pre-game and post-game on and off court season ticket holder assets and events at games such as happy hours, chalk talks, VIP warmups, and post-game group photos
  • Assist as needed with other departments gameday needs

  • Assist with the execution of Pelicans Crest and Crown Rewards Program on gamedays

What You'll Bring:
  • Must be able to work all 42 Pelicans home games and 10 Saints home games., including any additional home post-season games for either team (View Pelicans schedule here; View Saints schedule here)
  • Willingness to work Laketown Squadron home games
  • Willingness to work up to 5-10 nongame day Saints and Pelicans Events
  • Must have a strong teamwork mentality and truly enjoy helping others be successful
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and be able to solve problems in real-time
  • Must be comfortable in a faced paced environment and respond well to changes in direction
  • Must be a positive, friendly personality with patience to handle many customer interactions on gamenights
  • Must be able to stand for at least 5 hours per gameday
  • Flexibility to work various hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to lift and move around items that can weigh up to 25 pounds
