Ecological Landscape Field Manager / Account Manager

At Parterre Ecological, we restore landscapes and build lasting client relationships. Our team of passionate native plant enthusiasts is looking for a Field Manager / Account Manager to lead projects and manage client accounts with expertise.

Your Role:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Lead field teams on restoration projects, fostering collaboration and excellence
  • Build strong client relationships and generate new sales opportunities
  • Write proposals, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in landscape, environmental project management, or account management
  • A passion for native plants and ecology, with a collaborative approach
  • Knowledge of native and invasive plants in New England
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and drive sales
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license (hoisting license a plus)
  • Ability to obtain a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License within 60 days
