What is an assistant music instructor?

Assistant Music Instructors are professionals who support lead music teachers in delivering music education to students. They may help with lesson planning, provide individual or group instruction, assist with classroom management, and offer feedback to students. • Serve as a visible, engaging mentor in the school to build a supportive community for advanced players.
  • Assist with rehearsal direction, equipment setup/basic gear maintenance, and school events during downtime.
  • Adhere strictly to the School of Rock Code of Conduct, safety policies, and child monitoring/supervision guidelines.
