Job description

About the Opportunity

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join a high-performing Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for candidates with call center, banking, retail leadership, or customer service experience who enjoy helping customers and solving problems.

Representatives will assist both business clients and consumers by providing account information, answering questions about financial products and services, and delivering exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email channels.

In addition to inbound support, team members will periodically conduct outbound follow-up calls to previous customers to identify future service needs and connect interested customers with the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate account and product information
  • Handle approximately 50+ inbound calls per day
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Complete customer requests and accurately document all interactions
  • Perform outbound customer outreach campaigns to existing customers
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications while maintaining accuracy
  • Manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain quality and service level standards
  • Escalate customer concerns when appropriate
  • Support additional customer service functions as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with chat, email, or other digital customer support channels
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Financial services or banking experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Typical Schedule

  • September - November: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
  • December: Up to 6:00 PM availability
  • January - March: Up to 8:00 PM availability
  • Occasional Saturday shifts during peak season

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
