Position Overview
The Junior Creative Designer is a key contributor to the creative team, responsible for bringing brand stories to life through impactful visual communications across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented designer with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for layout and typography, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Working closely with creative and marketing partners, the Junior Creative Designer helps execute marketing campaigns, branded materials, social content, and internal initiatives-while gaining hands-on experience in design systems, production, and creative operations. In addition to supporting day-to-day creative needs, this role also takes ownership of small-scale marketing programs and operational projects. It's a great opportunity for someone who thrives on both design execution and collaborative project coordination.
Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)
Creative Execution
  • Assist in the design and development of compelling visual content across digital and print channels, including signage, social media, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal communications.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets across a variety of channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with established guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, implement feedback, and complete projects on schedule.
  • Prepare production-ready files, manage file organization, and maintain asset libraries to support efficient workflows.
  • Stay current with design trends and brand best practices to elevate creative output and support visual storytelling.

Program Support
  • Coordinate and help execute small-scale marketing and operational programs such as:
    • Fundraising initiatives
    • Regional Campaign Activations
    • Promotional giveaways or branded swag efforts
  • Manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of assigned programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendors to track progress and communicate updates.
  • Assist in light reporting and documentation of program outcomes for team review and optimization.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a creative, design, or production role, with a proven ability to execute high-quality work across digital and print mediums.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; ability to create polished, brand-consistent assets across multiple platforms.
