Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' medical histories and current physical conditions to develop accurate diagnoses.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider patient's specific needs, goals, and conditions.
- Apply therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, designed to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.
- Educate patients about proper body mechanics and self-care techniques to facilitate long-term recovery and prevent further injuries.
- Continuously assess and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting progress, treatment provided, and response to care in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Your role will focus primarily on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient demographic ranges from young athletes to seniors, requiring a tailored approach to each individual's therapeutic program. You will play a crucial role in empowering them to regain their functional mobility and improve their overall health and well-being.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
- Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatments.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Experience in providing patient-centered care across a variety of age groups.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of best practices in physical therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and patient education.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
