We are a long-established and growing printing and sign company seeking a dependable and creative team member to join our team. This position blends customer service, graphic design, and production work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both interacting with customers and working hands-on with design and print equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Create and edit designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Prepare and set up artwork for print production
  • Operate and assist with digital printing equipment
  • Review customer files for quality, accuracy, and print readiness
  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (required)
  • Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Printing, sign, or production experience is a plus (but not required)
