The role
Netris is hiring a Senior Marketing Designer to own and elevate our visual brand across every customer touchpoint. You will design the creative assets that power our website, marketing campaigns, events, digital presence, and brand experience. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and web development — and requires someone who understands both modern design principles and the unique challenges of marketing complex B2B AI infrastructure solutions.
What you’ll do
- Own and evolve Netris’s visual identity across digital, web, print, and event marketing
- Design website pages and landing pages that support product launches, campaigns, and demand generation
- Create graphics for blogs, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, eBooks, and other marketing content
- Design social media graphics, digital advertising creatives, email graphics, and campaign assets
- Develop event branding and collateral including booth graphics, banners, signage, presentations, giveaways, and printed materials
- Create diagrams, illustrations, icons, and infographics that communicate technical concepts clearly
- Update marketing videos with text changes, motion graphics, titles, and light animations
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently across the website
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Experience designing for B2B companies in one or more of the following industries: AI, cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or other enterprise technology
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, digital, print, event, and marketing design
- Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages
- Expert proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience marketing AI infrastructure, networking, cloud, or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
- Experience preparing large-format graphics for trade shows and events
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern web design workflows
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to improve design workflows
