Job description

The Brand Ambassador maintains a close relationship with retailers that sell the company's retail products. They ensure that each store has the most updated branding, promotions, and training materials. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador ensures that the retailer has all new products, assists with filling applications and manages any type of claims or requests that might come from the retailer's owners or staff. Brand Ambassadors may open new direct IDT branded stores and sell to unattended retailers, if requested by the Company
You would have the chance to:
  • Visit retailers on a daily basis
  • Maintain the POP material placement for all products and distribute new POP material
  • Collect key information by doing specific surveys for different products
  • IDT product sales (Hard Cards, Boss Revolution, POS, Merchant Services, Cash Advance, etc)
  • Fill Financial Service Applications (Money Transfer, Bill Payment, etc.)
  • Introduce new products to our retailers
  • Research information about competitors offerings and new products
  • Create reports with the findings of each day route and analyze data in order to offer recommendations
  • Educate retailers regarding procedures, selling techniques, and general information about the products or special promotions
  • Report stores that have low inventory or low balance.

We would prefer to see:
  • Proven work experience in a relevant role, including as an account manager
  • Bilingual professionals with fluency in both English and Spanish are preferred
  • Must be prepared to go door-to-door visiting customers.
  • Basic computer skills - comfortable using tablet and/or Bluetooth equipment
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail

$15 - $15 an hour
