What is an assistant medical assistant?

Assistant Medical Assistants are healthcare professionals who support physicians, nurses, and other medical staff with clinical and administrative tasks in medical offices, clinics, or hospitals. Their duties can include taking patient vital signs, preparing examination rooms, handling patient records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with minor medical procedures. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities and improving the patient experience.
