Compensation: $32.00–$45.00 per hour | $75,000–$120,000 annually
Shifts: 1st (7:00am–3:30pm), 2nd (3:00pm–11:30pm), 3rd (11:00pm–7:30am)
Relocation: Assistance considered case by case
Position Overview
Senior-level CNC programming and machining leader supporting precision medical device production. Responsible for process ownership, CNC programming, machine setup, technical leadership, and driving quality and efficiency across Mazak and Swiss platforms.
Core Responsibilities
Define machining processes and develop CNC programs
Set up and optimize Mazak and Swiss CNC machines
Lead machinists and manufacturing assistants within a cell
Perform First Article Inspections and precision inspections
Create and maintain setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls
Drive quality, efficiency, and on-time production
Support new product introductions and process development
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years production machining experience
5+ years CNC programming experience
Expert-level machining and CNC programming skills
Strong CAD/CAM proficiency
Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience leading machinists in a production cell
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related degree
Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM experience
PartMaker for Swiss machining
Mazatrol for Mazak machining
