Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our dynamic team in Kalamazoo, Michigan! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:

  1. Recertifications.
  2. Leasing and processing applications.
  3. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations.
  4. Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.
  5. General office administration.
  6. Specific site administration.
  7. Tenant/landlord relations.

This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations.

  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Familiarity with LIHTC
