Location: Springfield, IL

Job Summary
Malibu Jack’s Indoor Family Entertainment Center in Springfield, IL is seeking an Attractions amp; Arcade Technician (Support) to assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade games, rides, and attractions.

This role is perfect for someone with a mechanical, electrical, or technical background who is eager to develop hands-on skills, learn from a senior technician, and help ensure that our attractions operate safely and efficiently for guests.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on arcade games, small rides, and attractions

  • Help troubleshoot and identify issues, escalating to senior technicians when needed

  • Support daily operation checks to ensure attractions are guest-ready and safe

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory

  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer and company guidelines

  • Respond to urgent equipment issues or on-call emergencies as directed

  • Keep work areas, tools, and parts organized and clean

  • Collaborate with senior technicians and operations staff to prioritize repair work and improve workflow
