Duties
Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, step vans and other commercial vehicles adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load, unload, and secure packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary, ensuring items are handled with care.
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during each delivery.
Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately.
Assist with warehouse activities including stock movement, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean work environment.
