Job Description
This short-term industrial maintenance opportunity supports a major equipment relocation and disassembly project at a large beverage manufacturing facility in Northern California. The role focuses on safely disassembling, preparing, and supporting the relocation of production equipment, platforms, and conveyance systems. Work Environment
The position is based in an active industrial manufacturing facility in Northern California, within a large beverage production environment. Technicians work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 12-hour shifts during the approximately 3-week project, with potential for extension depending on project needs. The work takes place around large production machinery, industrial ovens, blow mold systems, conveyors, platforms, catwalks, and air conveyance systems. The role requires frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, as well as working at heights and in areas with ongoing production activity. Team members use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment and must comply with all site-specific safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. The environment emphasizes strict adherence to safety protocols, coordination with rigging crews and supervisors, and professional conduct in a busy, production-focused facility.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
