We are looking for engaging performers with excellent guest service skills to lead our VIP Tours at Howl-O-Scream Orlando!

Availability Requirements

Howl-O-Scream 2026 runs on select nights in September and October. Event nights will take place every Friday and Saturday evening during this time frame with Thursday and Sunday evenings being added later into the event.

We are looking for at least 2 consecutive evenings per week of availability between Friday - Sunday (ex. Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun). We are also looking for availability on either Friday, 10/30 or Saturday, 10/31.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes Thursdays-Sundays with start times as early as 6:00 PM ending as late as 1:00 AM throughout the event.
  • Ability to work all nights of the event preferred.
  • Ability to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Prior performance experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of park layout and procedures preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds on occasion.
  • Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions.
  • Perform the following physical activities on a frequent basis; stand, walk, climb, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead and reach overhead, simple grasp and fine manipulation tasks.
  • Must be willing to step in as a scare actor on nights where tours do not sell out.
  • Hours worked will vary based on event/business needs.


Job Responsibilities

  • Escort guests on tours of the park during Howl-O-Scream; providing a VIP experience which includes frontline access to attractions, priority seating to select shows, and private beverage stations.
  • Support staff: assist with set-up, check in, serving alcoholic drinks, seat saving at shows, and clean up.
  • Maintain professional quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provides excellent guest service to guests and ambassadors.
