Are you a clinical perfectionist looking for a practice that mixes traditional, personalized care and the latest dental technology? We would love to meet you! Our long-established general dental office is seeking a full or part-time Associate Dentist to join our team. We pride ourselves on a "patient-first" philosophy. We keep a loyal, multi-generational patient base and confidently hold a stable, high-reimbursement environment.
*The Opportunity*
This is not a "corporate" dental environment. We focus on comprehensive care and long-term oral health. You will step into a busy schedule with a robust PPO and Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient pool, allowing you to focus on high-quality dentistry without the pressures of low-reimbursement HMO cycles.
*Schedule*: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) or Part Time.
*Clinical Autonomy*: Complete control over your treatment planning and material choices. Being personable and comprehensive treatment planning patients is key.
*Patient Base*: Well-maintained, long-term patients who value their oral health and trust our clinical recommendations.

- Competitive Compensation: $600-$800 guaranteed daily base for 6 months and 35% percentage of collections.

*Requirements*
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license in good standing.
- Strong communication skills and a "chairside manner" that builds immediate trust.
- Proficiency in general dentistry (Restorative, Crown & Bridge, Extractions, RCT). Specialized interests ( Implants, Invisalign) are a major plus.
- A commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental advancements.
- Experience of 1-3 years is preferred or AEGD/GPR completion.
