Modern Dental Office in Rutherford NJ, Looking for a full time cross trained dental assistant with front desk experience to start JULY 2025

Dental X-ray license and one year experience needed.

Nice patients, all adults.

Technology - Digital charts, Eaglesoft software, Hand held x-ray machine, Panoramic machine, Itero scanner, Invisalign, online continuing education. (Spear Education).

Duties include:

Back office: Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for general dentistry, x- rays, Itero scans, photos for INVISALIGN, sterilization, chairside dental assisting when needed, seating patients, help hygienist when needed, giving post op instructions. Restocking, inventory and ordering supplies. Following OSHA and HIPAA Rues.

Front desk:  scanning, calling for insurance breakdowns, helping front desk manager with tasks, tracking lab


Applicant should be highly organized, a team player, self motivated, good with customer interactions.

Hours:

Monday : 8.45 am - 5pm

Tuesday and Thursday : 9.45 am - 7pm

Friday: 8.45am - 3pm

Alternate Saturdays: 8.45 am -1pm.
