Note: This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Job Overview:

Assist in the maintenance of inventory for 900+ stores and commercial service centers. Responsible for several tasks including daily spot count audit, processing of DC & store inventory discrepancies, analyzing store shrinkage, assisting stores with timely receipt of transfers and purchase orders, preparing and processing physical and cycle counts, assisting A/P with resolving vendor invoices with no receiving, assisting with standard monthly journal entries and reconciliation notes, and providing weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of changes in inventory volumes and valuations.

Qualifications:

  • High school+ additional college coursework or related experience/education
  • 1-2 year’s experience in Inventory Control or analysis
  • 1-2 year’s experience in Access and Excel, JDA, or AS400 strongly preferred
