Job description

Job Summary
 Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations to ensure the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of fresh food products. Monitors inventory levels, performs cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and coordinates with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

1st Shift 3:pm-1:30am

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and inventory control systems.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing product quantities and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to management.
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and receiving departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Generate inventory reports and maintain detailed records.
  • Ensure proper product rotation and compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and storage optimization.
  • Follow food safety, quality, and company procedures while handling inventory.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data entry accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
