The Enterprise PMO (ePMO) is seeking a resourceful and dynamic Senior Project Manager to guide and support enterprise-wide initiatives and lead a team of Project Managers. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including managing complex project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and delivering impactful results across the organization. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects across both IT and non-IT domains, spanning a variety of business functions and organizational priorities. Candidates must have demonstrated people management experience and the ability to support direct reports in career development, project assignments, and portfolio oversight. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. 
  • Develop and implement project strategies and execution plans to support business continuity and organizational growth. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify project needs, risks, and mitigation plans. 
  • Coordinate project activities, including communications, documentation, and knowledge transfer, to minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder satisfaction. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of project initiatives. 
  • Facilitate regular project updates, status reports, and executive briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Proactively identify risks and obstacles, developing solutions to keep projects on track and within budget. 
  • Develop and lead a team of Project Managers, allocating resources wisely and monitoring the team's progress and the portfolio. 
  • Ensure teams are allocated to projects based on skills and project needs by proactively matching the right resources to the right projects. 
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and methodologies for project delivery, driving efficiency and quality across all ePMO-led projects. 
  • Lead critical projects for the firm and partner with senior executives for project success. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to Project Managers and Coordinators on project management best practices. 
  • Maintain and enhance internal communication platforms to ensure teams are informed, connected, and equipped with needed resources. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ePMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks. 
  • Partner with senior leadership to align the ePMO portfolio with organizational strategy, contributing to annual planning, project prioritization, and resource forecasting. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of people management experience REQUIRED
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within an enterprise or professional services environment. 
  • Experience managing both IT and non-IT projects across a variety of business functions. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., ClickUp). 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). 
  • Superior organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
