Artistic Escapes Landscape Company is looking for a high-performing Business Development & Project Management professional to help grow our company by creating relationships, generating leads, selling projects, and helping guide customers from first contact to completed job.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, emotionally strong under pressure, and excited to help build something great.
Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on new leads
  • Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and referral partners
  • Meet with potential customers and create excitement around projects
  • Sell landscape construction projects and help guide customers through the process
  • Assist with project management and scheduling coordination
  • Maintain strong customer communication before, during, and after projects
  • Help resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
  • Support positive team culture and communication between crews and clients
  • Help identify opportunities for company growth and improved systems
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and energy
