Job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Data Analyst to support a small number of high‑value enterprise accounts. This role focuses on owning the integrity, accuracy, and clarity of performance data across complex, multi‑channel marketing programs.

Working closely alongside an Enterprise Account Director or Strategy Director, you will act as the primary analytical partner, ensuring performance is measurable, insights are actionable, and attribution frameworks are sound. The role centers on building a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business, measurement framework, and the factors influencing performance outcomes.

This position plays a critical cross‑functional role between Strategy, Paid Media, Client Services, and Analytics.

What You'll Do Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
  • Analyze multi‑channel data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities tied to key business outcomes, including revenue, CAC, LTV, and MER.
Measurement & Attribution Ownership
  • Own the end‑to‑end measurement framework across assigned enterprise accounts
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and CRM environments
  • Validate attribution logic and identify gaps in tracking, reporting, or data flow
  • Partner with Strategy to align measurement to business KPIs (revenue, pipeline, LTV, CAC)
Tag Management & Technical Implementation
  • Lead implementation and ongoing optimization of tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Configure and maintain complex tag setups, including custom events, triggers, and variables
  • Support server‑side tagging and advanced tracking environments where applicable
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate data layer implementation
Data Quality, QA & Governance
  • Own QA processes across tracking, tagging, and reporting outputs
  • Maintain clean, consistent event taxonomies and UTM structures
  • Proactively identify discrepancies in platform vs. source‑of‑truth reporting
  • Ensure compliance with privacy frameworks and consent management tools
Performance Analysis & Insight
  • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights tied to business outcomes
  • Support deep‑dive analyses on performance shifts, channel contribution, and funnel efficiency
  • Partner with the Strategy Director to inform testing roadmaps and investment decisions
  • Build or support dashboards that provide clarity into performance across channels
Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Act as the analytical counterpart to the Strategy Director / Enterprise AD
  • Support campaign launches with tracking validation and measurement readiness
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Client Services, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment
  • Serve as a key voice in diagnosing performance issues and identifying opportunities
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in ad operations, digital analytics, or conversion tracking.
  • Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 with hands‑on implementation.
  • Deep understanding of multi‑touch attribution and cross‑channel measurement.
  • Strong understanding of browser‑based tracking, cookies, and attribution principles.
  • Experience using debugging tools like Google Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools, and Meta Pixel Helper.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with server‑side tagging environments and advanced GTM configurations.
  • Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and offline conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with consent management tools and privacy‑compliant tracking practices.
  • Ability to write or modify JavaScript for custom tagging or enhanced eCommerce tracking.
  • Understanding of data layer strategies and dynamic event tracking.
