Our team thrives in a positive, innovative environment, and we’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support our Maintenance Facility Manager during the busy season.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help with the upkeep of our cultivation facility. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on maintenance skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with general repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
  • Assist with routine inspections and minor repairs on cultivation equipment.
  • Support maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and report any facility or equipment issues.
Building & Grounds Upkeep
  • Perform basic repairs (e.g., drywall, plumbing leaks, light installations).
  • Help maintain landscaping, weed control, and irrigation systems.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
General Support
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Facility Manager on daily tasks.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
  • Safely use tools and equipment required for maintenance work.
