Responsibilities - Bring Your and Customer Service Skills

  • Assist the Community Manager in daily operations and property management tasks.
  • Promptly resolve resident inquiries, including difficult or escalated situations, with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate and plan community events to enhance resident engagement. 
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests. 
  • Assist in the implementation of resident retention strategies and programs. 
  • Support in executing marketing initiatives to attract new residents. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety of the community. 
  • Ensure accurate data entry into property management systems. 
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment for both residents and prospects. 
  • Creatively promote the community through comp research and marketing
  • Your excellent communication will help you address inquiries from current and future residents while managing daily leads. Personalize your approach to tours for prospective residents as you gather intel on their needs and desires for their apartment home.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation.

  • Follow safety and compliance rules and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 2 years property management experience at management level. 
  • Basic understanding of accounting, marketing concepts and analyzing data. 
  • Proven experience in customer service or property management is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software, a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walking, sitting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, stooping.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work weekends. 
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
