Minimum Job Requirements

  • Physical - Capable of lifting 40 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Working Hours - Full-time employment (40+ hours/week)
  • Personal Traits - Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot.

  • Be an example of safety and quality for other production employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met with all work done.
  • Understand Quality / Safety Policy and Objectives.
  • Ensure output meets required deadlines while executing above.
  • Act as a liaison between Quality and Production departments. Ensure cross departmental communication is accurate and effective.
  • Final inspection and packaging of parts prior to delivery to customer.
  • Complete daily checklists on designated equipment and maintain records.
  • Accurately maintain MES system as instructed.
  • Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Assist in monthly inventory process.
  • Maintain neat and clean work area.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be able to visually inspect parts with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to differentiate between different parts and materials.
  • Possess basic math, reading, and computer skills.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
