What We Need:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to work in our Quality department. As the Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products, conducting new product qualification testing and assisting Quality Engineers as needed. This role ensures product quality meets the standards before reaching our customers.

A Day in the Life of:
  • Inspects products visually and physically, often with specialized measurement equipment, at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to tolerance specifications within established control limits.
  • Assists with the maintenance and control of inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
  • Assists with quality functions, completing and maintaining associated paperwork including but not limited to: Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • Assists in training employees regarding inspection/audit best practices.
  • Assist with the quarantine and investigation of internal and customer product rejections.

Requirements
What Makes You Qualified:
  • HS Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent industrial experience.

Must Haves:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in previous quality inspection role required.
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/drawings.
  • Ability to read, understand and convert decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to read metric and imperial measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products required.
  • Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift)
