Job Description: 

Roberson Motors has an immediate opening for an auto sales consultant. Come join our team and work with the most exciting inventory line-up the auto industry! This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Consultant. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. You will provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure a smooth and positive car-buying experience.

Job Details:

  • Working with customers to find a vehicle that fits their needs - which includes explaining features and benefits, test driving and working closely with the sales manager and detail team to complete the sale.

  • Taking vehicle inquiry phone calls

  • Working with finance manager to relay all important details of the sale in order to obtain financing if needed

  • Assist in open/close procedure as needed

  • Help to ensure all inventory is in working order, reporting any problems to management

  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

  • Other duties may be assigned by management as needed

  • Full-time position, including weekends

Job Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to communicate well with people, possess a good work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service role

  • Ability to build customer rapport and establish trust

  • Must be highly motivated and target-driven

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
