Job Description
Job Description/Day to Day Duties:
Care Specialist for our call center to directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers.Â
Receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practicesÂ
Build lasting relationships with Humana's customersÂ
Educate customers, providers and employers about Humana's products and services over the telephoneÂ
Comply with HIPPA and CMS regulationsÂ
Schedule medical appointments and transportation for patients and/or care givers when neededÂ
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:
High School Diploma/GED
Bilingual English/Spanish
Call center CSR experience (in the last 4 years)
MS applications knowledge
Additional Information
Length of Assignment: 09/28/2015-02/19/2016
Shift:Â Must have the ability to work an 8 hr. shift between 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Sunday (Saturday OR Sunday), 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work overtime based on business needsÂ
Start: September 28, 2015
Pay rate: $14-$16 / hour (based on experience)
