Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop, window treatment, appliances, millwork, wire shelving and glass enclosure products and expert installation services, as well as design studio solutions, to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Fort Myers.


We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Home Manager to join the team. The Assistant Home Manager supports the Home Manager by handling behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of solutions in all product categories. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring quality control without direct customer interfacing.


Assistant Home Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple projects and coordinating with Home Managers to ensure timely and accurate installation of products.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as project documentation, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Communicate project updates and issues to internal teams including Production Coordinators, Department Managers, and the Home Manager.
  • Conduct preliminary quality control checks and prepare reports for the Home Manager.
  • Identify and document issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, and emergencies, and propose potential solutions for review.
  • Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed, and report on issue resolutions.

Assistant Home Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home construction or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills with a basic understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
