ABOUTTHE PROGRAM

The Atlanta Falcons and Wells Fargo are dedicated to leveling the playing field for HBCU students interested in kicking off careers in Sports & Entertainment. Through our unique partnership with Wells Fargo, students willparticipatein a paid, 10-week fall semester program, working up to 20 hours per week at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta or the Atlanta Falcons Training Facility in Flowery Branch.

Fellows gain hands-on experience, mentoring from industry veterans, behind thescenesaccess, and insight into how brands collaborate across sponsorship and brand engagement. Participating HBCUs include Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morris Brown College, and Spelman College.

DEPARTMENTROLESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

TheLiveEvents&EntertainmentDepartmentplaysacriticalroleinelevatingtheoverallgame day experience at Mercedes Benz Stadium by providing unique and engaging touchpoints for Falcons fans. This department oversees all on-field entertainment, including but not limitedto:pregame experiences, team introductions, anthem presentation, in-game performances and stunts, drumline performances, and more. The Atlanta Falcons Live Events & Entertainment department alsoassistswith the execution of outdoor activation and tailgate spaces including Rise Up Pregame Parties, The Falcons FrontPorchand the post-game 5thQuarter Clubs.

TheLiveEvents&Entertainmentfellowwillberesponsibleforassistingwithplanningand execution of all entertainment activations on Game Day. Responsibilities will include:

WeeklyResponsibilities:(est.8-12hoursongameweeks)

  • GameDayactivationset-upincludingphotoops,clubprogramming,t-shirttossprep, Energy Squad prep, etc.

  • Creatingandprintinggamedayitineraries&timelinesforinternalgameday entertainment groups (drumline, break dancers, alumni, etc.)

  • Assistingwiththedistributionofparking,tickets,andcredentialsforvarious entertainment groups.

  • Assistwithrehearsalsformascotskitsandperformances.

  • Work with various game day vendorsregardinglogistics,credentials, entry,game day set-up and activation, payment, etc.

  • Assistwith the leadership and management of Live Events Game Day Staff and Energy Squad.

GameDayResponsibilities(8-10hoursonFalconsHomegamedays)

  • Actasentertainmentliaisonleadforentertainmentgroups(talent, artists, internal groups,etc.).

  • AssistwiththeexecutionofFrontPorchProgrammingandactivations.

  • Assistinthelivein-gamehitsandpromotions(t-shirttosses,recognitions,halftimeperformances).

  • Otherdutiesasassigned.

ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA

  • MustbearisingSophomore-Senior,allmajorsarewelcometoapply

  • DemonstratedcareerinterestinSportsandEntertainment

  • Embodyourcorevalues(PutPeopleFirst,IncludeEveryone,LeadbyExample,Listen and Respond, Give Back to Others, and Innovate Continuously), academic excellence and extracurricular leadership

  • Must be enrolled full-time at an Atlanta-based HBCU program at the time of the assignment(ClarkAtlantaUniversity,MorehouseCollege,SpelmanCollege,orMorris Brown College)

  • MinimumGPAof3.0

  • MustbeaU.S.Citizenorpermanentresident

  • available toworkALL Atlanta Falcons home games and DirtyBirdsNest events - duties may fall on evenings, weekends, and holidays
