The primary objective of the Software Development I is to develop enterprise quality software solutions that can be changed and expanded with minimum effort and become well versed in the Agile Methodology.Essential Qualifications:The Software Developer I position typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related areaNo experience required in the field or in a related areaFirst level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)This person must have programming competency of a Computer Science graduate and the ability to learn new languages and technologiesScrum is not a required prerequisite, but you will be required to learn Scrum and participate in a teamExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to deal with face-to-face interactions with a wide variety of personalitiesA positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn are essentialFamiliarity with AI development tools (specifically Gemini and Claude) and basic prompt engineeringKnowledge and/or experience with programming.
