(FGI) is seeking a mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting adults and children with disabilities and their families across Larimer County. As CEO, you will guide a committed team in delivering high-quality, person-centered services while ensuring accountability to the individuals we serve, our community, and our regulatory partners. About the Organization FGI operates as: A Case Management Agency (CMA) under Colorado Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF). The designated Community Centered Board (CCB) for Larimer County. The Early Intervention Broker (EIB) for the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC). We operate at the intersection of compassion, compliance, and community partnership. Key Responsibilities Champion mission-driven, person-centered services. Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across all programs. Lead strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational growth. Partner with the Board of Directors to guide governance and policy. Strengthen relationships with government agencies, community partners, and families. Who You Are A values-based leader committed to equity, dignity, and inclusion. Experienced in nonprofit or human services leadership. Skilled in navigating complex regulatory environments. A collaborative communicator and trusted community representative. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of senior executive leadership in human services, healthcare, behavioral health, or a related nonprofit environment. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-funded programs and budgets. Deep experience working with a Board of Directors and nonprofit governance structures. Strong knowledge of regulatory systems and compliance practices. Preferred Master’s degree in public administration, nonprofit management, business, or related field.
