Responsibilities

Assist with the daily care and feeding of our milk goat herd, ensuring their health and well-being.

Perform milking procedures efficiently and maintain a clean milking parlor.

Monitor goats for any signs of illness or distress and report concerns to farm management.

Conduct routine maintenance on farm equipment and structures.

Tend to the farm's gardens, including planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting.

Operate farm machinery safely and effectively as needed.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative farm environment.


Requirements

Previous experience with livestock, preferably dairy goats, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with general farm maintenance and operation of farm equipment.

Basic understanding of gardening principles and plant care.

Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in an outdoor environment.
